Transcriptomic Response of Housefly to Natural Infection by Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli

To examine the transcriptomic response of house fly to bacteria we fed P. aeruginosa or E. coli to the female flies. 4 hours post infection flies were dissected and RNA-seq was performed on gut or carcass samples separately.
