This study focuses on how growth cone dynamics is regulated by guidance cue UNC-6/Netrin through its receptor UNC-5 via downstream molecule Tomosyn-1. Preliminary data suggests that UNC-5 regulates growth cone protrusion by regulation vesical fusion in growth cones via Tomosyn-1.
