Sequence Requirement for Protein Trafficking to B-bodies, a Novel Type of Nuclear Domains

This research diagnoses a novel nuclear domain in Drosophila Melanogaster referred to as a b-body. We are taking a look at one of the proteins that is used in the formation of this body in order to see what parts are necessary and sufficient in forming the b-body.
