Deciphering the transcriptional regulation of flocculation via the CWI pathway in Saccharomyces cereviseae

My poster includes the data of how yeast flocculation is regulated via cell wall integrity pathway using sen1 as model. Few key histones are also involved in regulation of flocculation. TUP1 and RLM1 acts antagonistically in regulation of FLO gene expression and flocculation mechanism. My data consists mostly real-time PCR, western blotting, FACSF ACS, assays, and microscopy
