Rodriguez-Morales, Roberto Varshney, Gaurav Behra, Martine Expression Pattern in the Developing Zebrafish of the Two Paralogs of Activating Transcription Factor 5 (atf5a and atf5b) <p></p><p><br></p>Here we present the expression pattern of two paralogous genes: <i>activating transcription factor 5a (atf5a) </i>and <i>atf5b</i>. We performed whole-mount in situ hybridization using antisense RNA probes to visualize mRNA expression of both genes during larval stages, from 6 hour post-fertilization (hpf) to 5 day post-fertilization.
