Describes findings that DNA methylation is important for small intestinal signature gene expression programs. Uses zebrafish transgenics (4.5fabp2:DsRed, NFkB:GFP, cldn15BAC:GFP, tnfa:GFP). Includes exploratory data analysis of RNA-Seq and single-cell RNA seq data, the latter analyzed with the package Seurat. Live stereoscopic fluorescence imaging quantified with FIJI image processing software.
