Here I will describe how the yeast lysine acetyltransferase, NuA4, is
involved in the regulation of lipid synthesis through its relationship
with Pah1. Deleting the main scaffolding subunit of NuA4, EAF1, we see
nuclear flares, vacuole fusion defects and increased cell size!
